In this video, we’re going to explore the Invoices tab within Leads AI. Upon accessing this tab, users are presented with an overview of the total invoices, monthly total invoices, weekly total invoices, and the last total invoices. Users have the option to view the invoices in a comprehensive grid view or a simplified list view, which displays essential details such as the invoice date, issue date, due date, invoice value, and status. To create a new invoice, users can click on the “create invoice” option, enter the necessary details such as the lead reference, tax information, issue date, and due date, and apply any relevant terms before finalizing the creation by clicking “create.”
Furthermore, users have the capability to export the total invoice summary for their convenience.
